France's Total expands Singapore fuel oil business

Singapore-French oil major Total has increased its presence in the high sulfur fuel oil market in Singapore by taking over 80,000 mt of landed storage from Tankstore at Pulau Busing, trade sources said.Total has leased the storage space, owned by Kuo International, for one year, an industry source said.
