ONGC points at Mittal over Nigeria project delay

New Delhi-India’s ONGC Mittal Energy Limited has still not moved on upstream and downstream projects committed to under a deal signed with Nigeria more than three years ago because of delays from the Mittal Energy side of the joint venture, state-owned Oil and Natural Gas Corporation told the West African country this week.
