Sigapore-South Korea's oil consumption in March fell 2.4% year on year to 66.62 million barrels, but that was up 2.84% from 64.78 million barrels in February, according to data from state-run Korea National Oil Company.This brings the country's oil demand for the first quarter of 2009 to 199.02 million barrels, a 2.83% drop from the 204.81 million barrels it consumed during the same quarter a year earlier.
