Hong Kong-Venezuela ranked China's top fuel oil imports supplier in September with the Chinese customs processing 357,314 mt from the country during the month, recapturing the title it lost to Singapore in August. The volume represented an increase of 17.5% from August's 305,006 mt, and was relatively steady from 356,527 mt the Latin American supplier shipped to China a year earlier, recent figures released by the Chinese customs showed.
