London-ExxonMobil saw its proved oil and gas reserves rise in 2008 as it booked reserves from the first phase of a new oil sands development in Canada, the company said February 16.ExxonMobil added a total of 1.5 billion barrels of oil equivalent to its proved reserve base last year, replacing 103% of its oil and gas production. Excluding asset sales, ExxonMobil said its reserve replacement ratio was 110%.
