Moscow-Russia's Energy Ministry does not expect the country's crude oil output to fall in 2009 from last year's production of 9.735 million b/d it said late April 16, despite forecasts of another decline this year.In 2008, Russian oil production fell by 1%, the first decline in 10 years, while output in the first two months of 2009 was also down by around the same amount.
