Romania's Petrom starts offshore output from two wells

London-Romania's Petrom has started production at a combined rate of some 3,100 b/d of oil equivalent from two new offshore wells in the Black Sea, the company said Sep tember 14. Current production from the Delta 6 well is some 2,200 boe/d, though a maximum rate of 3,400 boe/d is expected to be reached in the fourth quarter, the company said. The second well, Lebada Vest 4, is producing at 900 boe/d, Petrom said.
