Seoul-South Korea's state-run Korea National Oil Corporation January 29 said it would take "all possible measures" against Nigeria's "unilateral and unfair" decision to cancel two offshore oil exploration rights granted to a KNOC-led consortium in 2005."Nigeria's Ministry of Petroleum has informed us that it will withdraw exploration rights for blocks OPL-321 and OPL-323 granted to the South Korean consortium," KNOC said in a statement.
