Moscow-Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska, who is struggling to pay his multi-billion dollar debts, has not ruled out selling a stake in the country's eighth-biggest oil producer, Russ-neft, if there is "an adequate price" on offer, the businessman told Russia's Vedomosti daily in an interview published September 7.
