Saudi Aramco, ConocoPhillips relaunch construction tenders for Yanbu refinery

Dubai-Saudi Aramco and the US' Cono-coPhillips announced June 30 the relaunch of bidding for the construction of a 400,000 b/d refinery at Yanbu in Saudi Arabia, which was delayed from last year after oil prices slumped.
