Singapore-Sinopec's 13.5 million mt/year (270,000 b/d) Maoming refinery in China's southern Guangdong province processed 8.95 million mt of crude over the January-August period, up 3.8% from 8.62 million mt in the same period of 2008, the official Xinhua News Agency and local media reported last week.
