Moscow-Russia and Bolivia are to prepare a framework agreement on cooperation in the energy sphere following talks February 16 in Moscow between Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and Bolivian President Evo Morales.In a joint statement, the two presidents praised recent developments in energy cooperation and "have ordered their corresponding ministries to sign a framework agreement on integration and cooperation in the energy sphere." The document will provide for financing, exchange of information and technologies as well as investments by state companies.
