Paris-The International Energy Agency said October 14 it has agreed to widen its cooperation with key global players Russia, China and India to better coordinate the group's energy security and climate goals. The agreement forms part of the IEA's efforts to deepen its relationship with China and India as major oil consumers, and Russia as a major natural gas producer, the IEA said.
