Angola again raises oil output in November

Cape Town-Angola continues to exceed its OPEC production target, pumping 1.81 million b/d of oil in November, as the country looks to fund more post-civil war reconstruction activities. Angola's oil minister and OPEC's current president, Jose Botelho de Vasconcelos, admitted in the quarterly edition of stateowned Sonangol's Universo magazine that its November output was up on October's 1.79 million b/d, still considerably above its OPEC quota of an estimated 1.52 million b/d.
