Valero to idle New Jersey refinery during FCC work

New York-Valero Energy said November 6 it will idle the fluid catalytic cracking unit at its 195,000 b/d refinery in Paulsboro, New Jersey, from late November until mid-January for unscheduled work and use the opportunity to shut the entire plant for three weeks during that time.
