New York-The International Centre for Dispute Resolution has ruled that Petrobras America should pay Astra Oil $466 million for a 50% stake in a 120,000 b/d refinery in Pasadena, Texas, Petrobras said in a statement late Apil 16.The ruling said Petrobras America, a subsidiary of Brazilian state-controlled Petrobras, should pay Astra Oil in three installments: $296 million on April 27, and two payments of $85 million each in September 2009 and September 2010.
