Neste to overhaul problem-prone diesel line

London-Finish refiner Neste Oil September 29 confirmed its strategy and financial targets, but said it was planning more work on a troubled diesel expansion project at its main refinery next year. In a strategy presentation to investors and analysts, Neste reiterated a return on average capital employed target of at least 15% annually, a debt leverage ratio of 25-50%, and a dividend policy which calls for a payout equivalent to at least a third of comparable net profit.
