Marathon says Q3 global production, sales steady

New York-Marathon Oil estimated its liquid hydrocarbon and natural gas production sold during the third quarter to be about 380,000 b/d of oil equivalent, the company said October 7. Production available for sale during the third quarter was expected to be about 395,000 boe/d, within Marathon's previous third-quarter guidance of 380,000-400,000 boe/d, the Houston-based company said in its interim Q3 update.
