Russia's Lukoil raises 2009 capex program

Moscow-Russian oil major Lukoil's investment program for 2009 is now set at around 8 billion, some 20% less than in 2008 but higher than its previous target for this year, the company's President Vagit Alekperov said in an interview with Russia's Kommersant business daily published September 1.
