Ukraine agrees to start Libya crude imports

Kiev-Ukraine and Libya May 26 announced a big increase in oil-sector cooperation, with Ukraine saying it would start importing Libyan crude oil while Libya will consider building a 10 million mt/year (200,000 b/d) refinery near the Black Sea port of Odessa.
