Tokyo—Japanese refiner Idemitsu Kosan will cut its wholesale gasoline prices for November 3-9 by a national average of Yen 4.2/liter (16 cents/gal) compared with October 27-November 2, the company said October 31 at a time of industry-wide price drops.
