Singapore—India’s largest refiner and fuel marketer Indian Oil Corporation is straining its limits and yet coming up short in satisfying the country’s burgeoning gasoil demand, which grew at an astounding average of 18-20% in the first half of this year, an IOC spokesman said this week.
