Indonesia sets plan to recover oil output

London-Indonesia believes its oil production could recover to around 1.2 million b/d by 2014 as new projects, enhanced recovery and ongoing exploration temporarily reverses the country's declining output levels, an official from the Directorate General of Oil and Gas, or BPMigas, said November 19. "We do not think that the oil production will be declining," BPMigas' Upstream Director Edy Hermantoro told an industry conference in London. "We have already committed to increasing our productivity with our ongoing projects."
