Washington—Driven by the most stable market in five years, US natural gas consumption in 2007 rose 6.2% to 23 Tcf from 21.7 Tcf in 2006, led by a nearly 10% jump in consumption by power generators, the Energy Information Administration said in its Natural Gas Year-ln-Review 2007.
