Vancouver—Saskatchewan, Canada’s second largest combined producer of oil and gas afte Alberta, expects to collect C1.36 billion (1.4 billion) in oil and natural gas revenues in fiscal 2008-09, down almost C326 millio from 2007-08, because more oil will qualify for a lower-tier royalty/tax rate and land sales are expected to plummet, the government said in a budget tabled March 19.
