TNK-BP Holding sees 2007 profits fall 11% on sale of upstream unit

Moscow—TNK-BP Holding (TBH), which holds the majority of the Anglo-Russian venture TNK-BP’s assets and operations in Russia, June 26 posted net income of 5.7 billion for 2007 under US GAAP, down 11% from 6.4 billion in 2006 but above analysts’ estimates.
