Dutch court rejects Yukos Finance appeal

Moscow—In the latest twist over the ownership of the assets of bankrupt Russian oil producer Yukos located abroad, the District Court of Amsterdam has ruled that the managers of Dutch-registered Yukos Finance have the right to sell a 49% stake in Slovak oil pipeline operator Transpetrol, Russian daily Kommersant reported March 11.
