Houston—The fourth week of recovery from Hurricane Ike ended October 10 with Gulf of Mexico oil production curtailment flatlined at 43%, the same level as October 9 and down only 5 points from the 48% curtailment of one week before, according to calculations from the US Minerals Management Service.
