CNOOC takes 50% of Husky's Madura gas field

New York—China National Offshore Oil Corporation has agreed to pay Husky Energy 125 million for a 50% stake in the Madura BD gas and liquids field offshore East Java in Indonesia, Canada-based Husky said April 17.
