Pioneer sets MLPs for long-life Texas, Colorado reserves

Houston—The revival of E&P master limited partnerships got a big boost April 23 when upstream independent Pioneer Natural Resources said it will sell minority stakes in its long-life Spraberry and Raton Basin reserves in two public MLP offerings to raise about 500 million in cash.
