Alaska oil producers are bracing for changes Governor Sarah Palin may propose to the state’s new net-revenue oil and gas production tax, now less than a year old. Palin says she may call a special session of the Legislature to change the tax but will await an analysis of the Petroleum Profits Tax now under way by the state Department of Revenue.
