Tullow trims 2007 output target, Ghana find grows

London—Tullow Oil, the UK’s number two listed oil and gas independent, July 11 cut its full-year production target by up to 10% due to delays over its UK drilling plans and as it accelerates spending on growing finds in Ghana and Uganda.
