New York—IntercontinentalExchange said June 4 it would acquire private ChemConnect’s commodities trading business. Financial terms were not disclosed. ChemConnect is a 10-year-old electronic trading platform for natural gas liquids and chemical markets, featuring ethylene, propy-lene and benzene.
