Tesoro details 5 billion capex plan in 2008-2012

New York-US refiner Tesoro said December 5 it planned to spend more than 5 billion in a 2008-2012 capital expenditure program.The refiner, which held an analyst meeting in New York, said it will spend 1.1 billion in 2008, and 1.14 billion the following year. In 2010, it expects to spend 1.307, then 845 million in 2011 and 682 million in 2012.
