Libya’s NOC makes ‘important’ onshore oil discovery

Dubai—Libya’s National Oil Company said late March 12 Arab Gulf Oil Company, a national oil company owned 100% by NOC, has made a major oil discovery in block NC4 of the Ghadames Basin, around 250 km (160 miles) south of Tripoli.
