Itochu, Petrosetco study Vietnam ethanol plant

Tokyo—Itochu and Petroleum Services and Tourism Company (Petrosetco), a 100% subsidiary of state-owned PetroVietnam, have signed a memorandum of understanding to study the potential to launch Vietnam’s first ethanol plant, an official at the Japanese trading house told Platts March 12.
