Dubai—The Dubai Mercantile Exchange, a joint venture of the New York Mercantile Exchange and the Dubai government, has approved more than 10 trading firms, among them big commodities market players Glencore, Phibro, Vitol and Morgan Stanley, as off-floor members as it limbers up for its May 1 launch.
