Bangkok—Thailand’s finance ministry and oil major ExxonMobil plan to inject Baht 21 billion (636 million) in fresh capital into Esso Thailand to enable the refiner to write off its retained losses and proceed with a stock exchange listing, a senior government official said August 28.
