Dubai—Dana Gas, the UAE-based private natural gas company, said April 25 it has signed a farm-out agreement with Kuwait International Oil & Environment Company, a subsidiary of TAQAT Holding and Gulf Oil Investments, giving the Kuwaiti company a 50% interest in its Komombo concession in Egypt.
