China’s crude imports hit record high in January

Hong Kong—China’s monthly crude imports rose to an all-time high of 13.69 million mt in January, breaking the previous record of 13.54 million mt set just two months ago in November 2006, according to preliminary trade figures released February 12 by the General Administration of Customs.
