Hong Kong's Sino Union to buy Madagascar distributor

Hong Kong-Sino Union Petroleum and Chemical International has agreed to pay HK260 million (33.6 million) to buy an oil import and distribution business in Madagascar from Good Progress Group, an investment holding entity owned by the chairman of Hong Kong-listed oil trader and producer Hui Chi Ming.
