Essar Oil's Vadinar refinery yet to reach full capacity

Singapore-India's Essar Oil is yet to commission the full 10.5 million mt/year (210,000 b/d) capacity at its Vadinar refinery in the western state of Gujarat, despite completing the integration of the last of new secondary units in mid-August. The commissioning of the full capacity was first flagged for August, and subsequently expected to happen by October.
