New York-Front-month crude on the New York Mercantile Exchange October 25 settled at an all-time high of 90.46/barrel, a gain of 3.36/b, while front-month Brent on ICE Futures jumped 3.11/b at a new high of 87.48/b, as the energy sector continued to surge in the wake of the Energy Information Administration weekly US oil data.
