Statoil to ship VLCC of Oseberg crude to Asia

London—Norway’s Statoil has booked a VLCC to ship North Sea Oseberg crude loading May 30 to Asia, a source at the company said May 8. Oseberg crude is shipped to Asia only once or twice a year, trading sources said, with the last occasion thought to be about a year ago.
