Caracas-Venezuela's Seniat tax authority has issued Harvest Vinccler, the 80%-owned affiliate of US independent Harvest Natural Resources, a final back tax charge for the years 2001-2004 that is higher than the amount the company says it and Seniat agreed upon in July, Harvest said in a statement September 7.
