Eni,Portugal in agreement on Galp shareholdings

London- Portugal has reached an agreement with Italy's Eni and other shareholders of state-owned oil and gas company Galp to keep control in Portuguese hands,Eni said late last week.The government and Eni signed a deal with Portugal's power grid operator REN and private partnership Amorim Energia (comprised of Americo Amorim Group,Angolas Sonangol and banker Caixa Galicia) lasting until 2010,Eni said.
