Russia urges revocation of Rosneft Sakhalin licenses

Moscow-Russia's environmental watchdog's firm stance on development of oil and gas projects in the country was reinforced October 19 as it asked the country's Natural Resources Ministry to revoke two licenses held by state-run Rosneft's subsidiary in Sakhalin Island citing environmental violations.
