Gazprom ousts Ryazanov

Moscow-Russian gas giant Gazprom said November 15 its deputy CEO Alexander Ryazanov is no longer with the company as his contract has ended. It was not clear if he had worked out his contract or whether it had been terminated early. Ryazanov is to be replaced by Valery Golybev, who previously headed another of Gazprom's departments. It was also not clear whether Ryazanov would retain his position as head of Gazprom Neft, Gazprom's oil business.
