Japanese refiners group finalizes JV for ETBE imports

Tokyo-The Petroleum Association of Japan December 20 released an outline of its joint venture, to be launched in January, to import ETBE as part of its plan to introduce the bio-fuel as a blending component for gasoline starting in 2010.
