Houston-Anadarko Petroleum offered a blueprint December 12 for the rest of its 11 billion to 15 billion asset sale, citing plans to divest Venezuela operations, production assets in Qatar, part of the Gulf of Mexico K2 project, onshore US properties and create a master limited partnership for monetization of midstream units.
